Free Shipping
Every order ships free within the United States. No minimum, no surprise fees.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
Order Tracking
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or never shows up, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and photos, if damaged). We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, but we'll do our best to help.
